The established banking test “BESTE BANK auf Ort” confirms that Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau – after top positions in individual tests in Emmendingen and Freiburg – is now one of the “TOP 100 banks” in Germany as a whole.
After completing 1,205 test purchases from banks and savings banks in 242 cities nationwide since January 2020, the “TOP 100 banks” could now be calculated. The Freiburger Sparkasse achieved an excellent overall grade of 1.53. “We are very pleased when we receive confirmation and feedback for our services from independent third parties for our extensive training and further education measures. At the same time, this is the task of constantly questioning our quality of advice, promoting internal further training and optimizing processes in a customer-oriented manner.
The bank test entitled “BESTE BANK vor Ort” makes a binding statement about the quality of advice for private customers in regional and national banks and savings banks. The company’s team of permanent testers carries out covert test purchases in banks nationwide every year and checks their advisory services on the basis of standardized requirements in terms of consumer protection. Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau achieved excellent results here in spring 2020 with a school grade of 1.55 in Emmendingen and 1.50 in Freiburg.
