Fireworks may not be set off in public spaces
After the temporary easing over the Christmas holidays, the Corona regulation of the state of Baden-Württemberg is now also in force in the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district.
Accordingly, there are no exceptions to the contact and exit restrictions on New Year’s Eve and New Year.
From 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., only those who, for example, pursue a professional activity, medical and
makes use of veterinary services, accompanies persons in need of support and minors in the course of custody and access rights or cares for the dying and persons in acutely life-threatening conditions. It is also possible to take care of animals and attend religious events.
Igniting pyrotechnics in public spaces is generally prohibited. This also applies to fireworks and firecrackers acquired in previous years.
