For many women, returning to work after a family phase is associated with insecurities and self-doubt: Can I even do that? Am i good enough Others are definitely better …? How self-confidence can be brought back to the (inner) stage in such cases is shown in the workshop “Raise the curtain for my self-confidence”, which will take place on Friday, November 5th, from 9 to 11 am in the Freiburg city center, Rathausplatz 2-4 , takes place.
Participation is free of charge. Registration is now possible via the website of the contact point Frau und Beruf www.freiburg.de/frauundberuf. The participants will receive further information about the date by email.
In the workshop, communication trainer Kerstin Frey shows how women can empower themselves and carefully send their inner critic onto the backstage. The participants learn to take a closer look at their own strengths and abilities and to gain self-confidence and sovereignty.
The event is part of the series “Compact re-entry – information and exchange for women”, to which the Contact Point for Women and Work in Freiburg – Southern Upper Rhine regularly invites. It is open to all women who want to return to work after a family phase or a professional break. At the meetings, you can make new contacts and exchange tips for getting back to work.
