The 34-year-old defensive specialist has decided against offers from EHC Freiburg and will be looking for a new challenge. Pageau came to Breisgau in the 2019/20 season and quickly distinguished himself as an absolute top performer and crowd favorite with his calm, experience and goal threat. During his three years at EHC Freiburg, the defender also wore the assistant captain’s “A” on his chest and scored a total of 128 points.
