To arouse interest in this activity, on Thursday 27 October, from 6 to 7.30 pm, the care authority of the city of Freiburg, in collaboration with local care associations, is organizing a conference on the topic of “legal assistance”. It is mainly aimed at voluntary legal advisors and those who would like to become one.
After a brief introduction to guardianship law, the people involved in the proceedings describe their role in legal protection proceedings using a practical example. Among others, Johannes Rzany, judge at the guardianship court of Freiburg, Jürgen Borho, managing director of SKM-Kath. Association for Social Services and Julia Liebl-Fern and Susanne Eich of the supervisory authority. A magistrate will be added.
In addition to carrying out the procedure, the various tasks and duties of the caregiver are discussed and differentiated from the support options of other types of help.
Admission is free. The class will be held in the Social Affairs Office, Fehrenbachallee 12. It is recommended that you wear a medical mask.
