Strong wind warnings also apply. They were issued in the provinces:

Lower Silesia, in the Kłodzko poviat.

Silesian, in the following poviats: Żywiec, Cieszyn, Bielski and Bielsko-Biała;

Lesser Poland, in the following poviats: Wadowicki, Suski, Myślenice, Nowy Targ, Tatra, Limanowa, Nowosądecki, Nowy Sącz and Gorlice;

Subcarpathian: Jasło, Strzyżów, Krosno, Krosno, Brzozów, Sanok, Lesko, Bieszczady, Przemyśl, Przemyśl.

In Lower Silesia, strong winds with an average speed of 25 to 40 km / h, gusts up to 90 km / h, from the south are expected to occur. The alarm will be valid until 8 on Saturday, but – as IMGW points out – it is possible to extend the period of its validity and raise its level.

In other places, according to forecasts, the average wind speed will be from 30 to 45 km / h, with gusts on Friday up to 80 km / h, and at night from Friday to Saturday up to 75 km / h, from the south and south-east. The alarms will be valid until 7.30 on Saturday, but here also an extension of their validity is possible.
