Freek Vonk and Franka Vedder have separated after a relationship of almost two years. The TV biologist and the jewelry brand owner announced this on Instagram on Monday.
“Unfortunately, it turned out to be an insoluble puzzle for us to coordinate our lives. Although this is very sad for both of us, we also look back on two very beautiful and loving years, in which we made incredibly precious memories,” write the two.
Vonk and Vedder let it be known that there is no “quarrel or misery” between them. “We still love each other very much, but unfortunately true love sometimes also means that you have to let go of each other. Sad as that is.”
The biologist announced in August 2021 that he was in love with Vedder. Vonk previously had a relationship with Eva Jinek.
