NEW YORK — The Consulate of Ecuador in New York is offering a free virtual course to acquire the OSHA certificate. This certificate is part of the Occupational Safety and Health Law and requires city construction workers to complete certain hours of workplace safety training in order to work.
This is because the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) requires construction workers to have an SST worker card and a total of 40 hours of on-site safety training.
For this reason, the Consulate of Ecuador offers this course starting Monday, September 18 and those interested must take all the hours of the course. Below we share the information with you.
