For several years now, employers around the world have been experimenting with working hours, and many even consider leisure time to be the best and most important benefit, in other words, a non-wage benefit. Meanwhile, without grace, 2023 promises to be the year in which the reduction of working hours will become a common good for every employee. But do we really value the opportunity to spend less time at work without losing wages to other employee assets?
