Sofia / world today news/ Today is the Day of Bulgarian Cinema. On this occasion, the “Odeon” cinema in Sofia is showing free screenings of the award-winning films from the 30th “Golden Rose” festival, the press center of the salon reports.
At 4 p.m. the film “Love.net” will be screened – with an award for best actress – to Lilia Maravilja, for best screenplay – to Neli Dimitrova, Matei Konstantinov and Iliyan Dzevelekov, director of the film, also excellent for debut. “Ave” of Konstantin Bojanov – with the award for best director.
The films “Number 1” by Atanas Hristoskov and “Demons” by Alexander Evtimov, winner of the short films, will be shown from 6 p.m.
And from 8 p.m. Ivan Vladimirov and Valeri Yordanov’s “Ketove” will be broadcast – with the special award of the city of Varna and the award for best actor – for Philip Avramov.
