Free health insurance for Palladium Hotel Group guests »news | tip

This means that the guests of the hotel group are completely free from unforeseen events that could arise in relation to Covid-19. The introduction of this insurance represents a further step towards ensuring security in all facilities of the Palladium Hotel Group and is available to all guests – both direct customers and customers who book their stay through tour operators or travel agencies. The insurance group was developed by InterMundial with the support of Europ Assistance, the hotel group wrote in a press release.

The insurance applies to all hotels in the group that opened in Spain from June 26: Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa, Agroturismo Sa Talaia, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, Bless Hotel Ibiza, Palladium Hotel Costa del Sol and Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. It includes various services for any eventuality that could arise during a stay in direct relation to Covid-19. This would cover, for example, the costs of visits to the doctor, hospitalization, transfer or the extension of a hotel stay, which could be incurred in this context, it is said.

“Our top priority as a hotel group has always been to look after our guests. The current global situation has meant that we all have to adapt to a new reality. With the new product, we at Palladium Hotel Group want to ensure that our guests continue to place their trust in us, that they can choose to stay with us with a secure feeling and that they can enjoy their vacation to the fullest, “said Sergio Zertuche, Chief Sales & Marketing officer of the company.

In a safe summer season

The first to open on June 26 was the Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa at Playa d’en Bossa. The Palladium Hotel Costa del Sol in Benalmádena opens on July 16 and the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife on July 30.

For the beginning of this summer season, Palladium Hotel Group is planning various leisure, gastronomy and wellness experiences so that both national and tourists can enjoy an incredible vacation in Spain, the Palladium Group concludes. (red)
