“Free Fixes Annoying Samsung Smart TV Bug with Oqee Update for Freebox Subscribers”

Free fixes an annoying bug on Samsung Smart TV with an update from Oqee

For several months, Freebox subscribers have been complaining about an error message disrupting their viewing on Samsung connected televisions. A fix has just been deployed.

If a “1320” message and a black screen prevent you from benefiting from your channels included in your Free offer, that will soon be history. It was about time, say some who have been suffering from it for several months, according to the support post revealing the bug. Shortly after version 1.3.5 was deployed last week, support invites subscribers affected by this bug to install the now available 1.3.7-dev version.

It can be difficult to access it by simply restarting your television, Gaëlle from the assistance then indicates the procedure to follow. You need to go to Apps on your Samsung TV, then to Downloaded apps and select Oqee. Then long press the enter button on your remote then select “reinstall” and once that is done, you can relaunch the application. You should then see the corrected version appear.

Also note the recent deployment of a new version of Oqee on iPhone (1.25.1) which should bring improvements and bug fixes.
