Free Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic This Weekend in South Dallas

Dallas – Concord Church is partnering with the Dallas Regional Chamber and Baylor, Scott & White to vaccinate North Texas residents on Sunday.

This July 11, from 10 am to 2 pm, Pfizer vaccines against covid-19 will be administered at the church located at 6808 Pastor Bailey Drive in Red Bird. Anyone who needs a dose can come up. There are no limitations other than quantity.

Sunday’s mass vaccination event is part of the covid-19 vaccine awareness campaign “Take Care of Business” from the regional chamber of commerce, which aims to vaccinate at least 600,000 North Texans, ages 16 and older, so businesses can resume pre-pandemic levels of activity.

The campaign focuses its outreach efforts on the importance of getting immunized in communities of color, which have been disproportionately affected by the covid-19 pandemic, the institution says.

The Dallas Regional Chamber also hosts weekly immunization clinics every Thursday at Los Barrios Unidos, the Oak Cliff Community Clinic located at 4732 W. Illinois Ave. in Dallas.
