Free and Voluntary Vaccinations for Children and Young People in the Netherlands: Protecting Against 13 Serious Diseases

From March 18 to June 29, 2024, the GGD will vaccinate children and young people aged 9, 10 and 14 against diseases such as measles and meningococcus. The injections are free and voluntary.

The vaccines protect against 13 serious diseases, such as whooping cough, tetanus, polio and measles. If every child gets all the shots, the whole of the Netherlands will be well protected against these diseases.
