NEW YORK — One of the unique activities of the Christmas and winter season are the famous ice skating rinks because they can be shared with the whole family, friends, as a couple and even alone.
New York City is a place that offers many opportunities to slip on your skates and get carried away by the music on the dance floor, but there is one in particular that not only falls in love with its location, but also offers free admission.
This is the Bryant Park skating rink which is part of the Bank of America Winter Village and which opened to the public on 28 October.
Bank of America Winter Village in Bryant Park is Manhattan’s winter wonderland. In addition to enjoying New York’s only free-admission ice skating rink, people can browse the holiday shops and eat and drink rinkside at The Lodge.
The 17,000 square foot rink offers free admission ice skating, premium skate rentals, free skating shows and events. The rink is open every day during the season Winter village from 8:00 to 22:00 and some days it may be open until 00:00
