Fredricson’s super horse All In was responsible for a flawless comeback

The last 15-year-old All In, who has won European Championship gold and Olympic silver, competed in December 2019.

After that, the idea was that the gelding would get a few months of competition rest before Peder Fredricson started preparing the horse for an Olympic start.

But then came the pandemic. The Olympics were postponed for a year, and the competition activities went on fire.

Then Peder Fredricson decided that the golden horse’s leave would be extended from a few months to over a year.

On Friday however, it was time for a comeback – albeit a cautious one – for All In in connection with the major international competitions in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

After the long rest, Peder Fredricson has chosen to give the horse a soft start. Therefore, the first class became a 1.40 jump (lowest class during the competitions).

All In, however, behaved with that honor and was flawless in both rounds. Since Peder chose not to chase a fast time in the second round, the crew ended up far down in the results list, 27th in the 54 crew strong starting field.

In addition to All In, Peder brings Catch Me Not and Christian K to’s-Hertogenbosch, where the world elite in jumping are gathered.
