Frederic Dachs: Expert Lawyer in Corporate Law, Litigation, and Compliance

Frederic Dachs has been practicing as a lawyer in the areas of corporate law, litigation, board liability and compliance as well as general commercial law since 2012. He supports companies and their shareholders in drafting contracts as well as in conflict situations and legal disputes.

A particular focus of his work is conflict resolution in contentious shareholder disputes. Here, Frederic Dachs advises his clients in particular on the preparation and implementation of shareholder meetings as well as the legal enforcement of their claims.

Another focus of his work is the area of ​​corporate liability. His work ranges from defending against unjustified claims against directors, boards of directors and boards of directors, to asserting claims for companies and insolvency administrators against (former) groups.

As a former compliance consultant for a global company in Switzerland, Frederic Dachs also advises his clients to prevent the creation and implementation of compliance programs as well as internal audits.

Frederic Dachs himself founded a legal technology startup in 2016 so he can draw on his own experience when advising startups and young entrepreneurs.
