Exactly 60 years ago, the Berlin Wall was built. This was to prevent people from communist East Germany (the GDR) from fleeing to the west. But at the same time, about 70,000 people also went to the GDR. They were not at all welcome there, Frauke Naumann noticed too. She was immediately detained.
