Fraudsters, using social networks and mailings via WhatsArp, write about the possibility of withdrawing pension savings from June to September of the current year without taking into account the threshold for the minimum adequacy of pension savings. This newsletter is “fake” – not true.
The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for the use of pension savings formed from mandatory pension contributions and mandatory professional pension contributions in order to improve housing conditions and (or) pay for treatment if:
– the amount of pension savings exceeds the minimum sufficiency threshold for pension savings. In this case, you can use the amount in excess of the PMD;
– for established pensioners, the amount of pension provides the replacement rate of the recipient’s average monthly income at a level of at least 40 percent, determined in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the same time, the one-time pension payment cannot exceed 50% of the amount of pension savings at the expense of the CPC and (or) CPC of the contributor (recipient) as of the date of receipt of the initial electronic notification from the authorized operator;
– concluded a pension annuity agreement with an insurance company. In this case, you can use the funds remaining in the individual pension account.
Receiving pension payments before the retirement age (which does not take into account the MHI) is possible only in cases provided for by the pension legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, namely:
– when leaving for a permanent place of residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– in connection with disability of 1 and 2 groups, established indefinitely;
– under a pension annuity agreement concluded with an insurance company.
UAPF strongly recommends ignoring the spread of “fake” messages, and getting information from official sources.
