Eintracht Frankfurt was eliminated in the German Cup in the sixteenth finals. The team of coach Adi Hütter lost to Bayer Leverkusen 1: 4.

Bobic announces Jovic’s return
Before the match, Frankfurt’s sports director Fredi Bobic was pleased to announce the temporary return of Luka Jovic. «He’s on loan to us until the summer. We still have to work on a few topics, the medical check for example. If everything fits, he’ll be back with us soon, ”said Bobic in an interview with Sky.
In the 2018/19 season, Jovic formed the so-called “buffalo herd” of the Frankfurt team together with his team-mates Sébastien Haller and Ante Rebic. The 23-year-old striker scored 17 Bundesliga goals that season and then moved to Real Madrid for 60 million euros.
