Frankfurt (Main) – The marriage was hell on earth: family tyrant Kian M. (52) beat his wife Sanita (40) and threatened her. He forced her to eat salad from the garbage. And when she wanted to leave him for good, he stabbed her in a bloodlust.
The killer is now standing trial in the Frankfurt District Court. He has already confessed to the crime, but apparently cannot remember any details. According to the public prosecutor, the German-Iranian businessman has a “control mania marked by jealousy” and a “traditional Iranian role model”. The children’s everyday life was also marked by psychological and physical violence.
But son Henry (17) is not intimidated. He sees the Murderer of his mother courageously in the face – and testifies against him.

He came with a Maserati and stabbed his wife
Financially, he lacked nothing. Henry reports that he and his older brother William (20) went to private schools. The family could go on holiday for ten days for 12,000 euros. But instead of love, he got a beating. What was even worse for him: he knew that his father beat his mother.
Just a few weeks before the crime, he had called the emergency number when Kian M. attacked her again. The defendant shouted: “Hitting is nothing, I can kill you too.”
Die police came, the father was given a restraining order, but drove to the house in Frankfurt on July 3, 2023. In a Maserati. An argument broke out. When mother Sanita ran to the bedroom on the first floor to protect baby Luis (then six months old), he ran after her with a knife. According to the indictment, he stabbed 60 times on her.

“Everything was full of blood”
The older sons were not at home. The news of the death was “like a knockout” for Henry. But he was determined to get to the house. He reports: “I sat on the front steps and just cried for six or seven hours.”

In the bedroom there was blood on the floor, the wall and on the changing table,” said Henry. Then his voice failed.
