Apeldoorner V. was arrested on December 30 in Deventer. This is apparent from information from the Overijssel District Court and the Public Prosecution Service (OM). The Public Prosecution Service speaks of ‘unlawful deprivation of liberty’, which here means kidnapping. Without naming names, the Public Prosecution Service states that four men were involved in ‘taking two boys against the will’.
