The Dallas Mavericks announced Thursday they have recruited Frank Ntilikina, the now ex-leader of the New York Knicks, also international and silver medalist with the France team at the Tokyo Olympics. Ntilikina was free from any contract, not having been extended by the Knicks. The Dallas franchise has not disclosed the terms of the contract signed by the French player.

23-year-old Frank Ntilikina will have spent four seasons in New York, averaging 5.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game. In 211 games played, however, he has only held 55 times. At the Dallas Mavericks, Ntilikina will notably be associated with the Slovenian prodigy Luka Doncic.
