Frank McRae, who was born in 1944 in Memphis, USA, originally went into sports. He had a short career in American football in Chicago and Los Angeles.

He starred with Sylvester Stallone in Rocky 2 (1979) or Crime (1989). He also got into a bond game, specifically the Kill Permit from 1989, where Bond was played by Timothy Dalton. He also appeared in comedies such as Crazy Vacation (1983), Loaded Gun (1993) or The Last Action Hero with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the lead role (1993). His last major film was Mel Gibson’s Lethal Weapon 4 in 1998.
