François Pupponi former mayor of Sarcelles, sentenced for abuse of corporate assets, will appeal

The Pontoise court sentenced the deputy on Wednesday François Pupponi (MoDem), former socialist mayor of Sarcelles (Val-d’Oise). He will have to pay a fine of 5,000 euros for excessive expenses of 27,000 euros between 2004 and 2006. He had used the bank card of a public company.
