François Fillon’s Twitter account hacked by Turkish hackers

Surprise this Tuesday morning for all the followers of François Fillon’s Twitter account. The latter was hacked by a team of Turkish hackers. The messages published are intended to support the operation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan against the Kurds.

Operation Peace Fountain is an action carried out in the north of Syria against the YPG, forces supported by several western countries for their combats against Daesh, but considered by Ankara as a terrorist organization.

On Monday, these same hackers had hacked the Twitter account of journalist Bruno Jeudy, editor-in-chief at Paris-Match. An action that lasted only a few hours since after steps, the journalist was able to regain control of his account. Messages from Turkish hackers have been deleted there.
