Franceville, June 12, 2023 (AGP) – The NGO Femmes Virtues-Eden launched, last weekend, its socio-educational programs for the school holidays, in Franceville, capital of the province of Haut-Ogooué, with a view to to capitalize on the vacation period through various educational activities. It is about encouraging balance and family development.
As part of the launch of its socio-educational programs, the women of the NGO Femmes Virtues-Eden, a member of the Global Platform of Entrepreneurial Women (PLAMFE), met last weekend, with many children, at heart of several educational workshops.
The participants were able to take part in various workshops, in particular on good manners and the art of the table, on cooking know-how with new recipes and several tips, for women, and biblical teachings, rules of politeness , games and songs for children.
”We are committed to education, because educating a woman is educating a nation. It carries the nations of tomorrow. We encourage balance and family development. For this, we offer educational mother-child workshops to entertain the children and parents who are members of our organization in a healthy way. Also, mothers, teenagers and pre-teenagers have benefited from my experience in good manners and the art of the table. We have also produced some cooking recipes, in order to give women some tips for making balanced, nutritious and hearty meals for their families,” explained Lidwine Staëlle Ngoundji, president of the NGO Femmes Verteuses-Eden.
The NGO Femmes Virtues-Eden was created in 2013 by Ms. Lidwine Staëlle Ngoundji. The latter has been working for years in favor of the restoration of families through the education of children, young people and parents.
