Franceville, September 23, 2023 (AGP) – The Minister of National Education, responsible for civic training, Camélia Ntoutoume Leclercq, proceeded, this Saturday in Franceville, capital of the province of Haut-Ogooué, to the delivery of textbooks for pre-primary and primary school students in the districts of the said province.
In the province of Haut-Ogooué, where she visited the multisectoral center for training and vocational education in Mvengué, the Minister of National Education officially handed out school textbooks to pre-primary and primary students in the districts of Haut-Ogooué.
The ceremony took place in the banquet hall of the governorate, in the presence of administrative, political, military authorities, as well as the educational community.
It was the prefect of La Passa, Raphaël Obali, representing the governor of the Haut-Ogooué province, who received the said manuals, offered free of charge by the president of the Transition Committee for the Restoration of Institutions (CTRI)
These school textbooks, which come as a relief to parents, will be distributed in establishments in the province.
