Francesco Bagnaia Secures Pole Position in 2023 Malaysian MotoGP Qualifying

Francesco Bagnaia be the fastest in the session qualifying for the 2023 Malaysian MotoGP. He snatched the pole from his hand Jorge Martin right before the end of the session!

It didn’t last long because after that it was Jorge Martin’s gaspol with a more impressive time: 1 minute 57.549 seconds! Marini had to be willing to move to second place with a gap of 0.238 seconds. There are still about 6 minutes left in this session.

Towards the end of the session, Fabio di Giannantonio appeared to fall. Not long after, it was Luca Marini’s turn to fall at Turn 9 of the Sepang circuit. It seems that after that Martin also fell at Turn 4 in an effort to improve his time.

And at the last moment, Francesco Bagnaia raced to take pole position with an advantage of 0.058 seconds over Jorge Martin’s record time!

In the end Jorge Martin had to settle for second place qualifying for the 2023 Malaysian MotoGP. Bagnaia is the fastest and has the right to the leading starting position in the 2023 Malaysian MotoGP.
