FRANCE News :: the SISO couple, culture-loving Siso Évents, serving the disabled in Africa :: FRANCE News

Couple’s Passion for Helping Disabled People Brings a Taste of Cameroon to France

What began as a humanitarian passion has blossomed into a cultural celebration bridging continents. The Siso couple, based in the French town of Thonon-les-Bains, are known for their tireless dedication to helping people with disabilities, both locally and internationally, particularly in Africa.

For the past eight years, the Sisos have poured their energy into organizing impactful events that combine cultural experiences with their philanthropic mission. These events have drawn a significant number of attendees, especially from the African diaspora, enthralled by the couple’s commitment and impressed by the scale of their efforts.

Their eighth annual event, scheduled for March 1, 2025, promises to be their biggest yet. "Societies are still moving for humanitarian reasons, and the Sisso couple is a good example," they said, highlighting their unwavering commitment. To mark the occasion, the couple has secured a legendary performer: Cameroonian music icon, Ben Decca.

This musical ambassador, celebrated for generations in Cameroon and beyond, is set to bring the vibrant sounds of Africa to the heart of France. "Ben Decca, whose voice has marked generations, returns for an evening of great success," the organizers eagerly anticipate, "Together with, perhaps, his famous sisters, he promises to deliver a memorable show, full of beauty and emotion."

The event promises not only to delight audiences with a captivating musical performance, but it also serves as a testament to the power of cultural exchange and the unwavering human spirit.
