This is the end of a beautiful story between Jordan Adéoti and FC Annecy. Arrived in the middle of the season, the Beninese international is at the end of his contract. This after having contributed to the maintenance of the club in National 1.
Objective achieved for the Beninese defensive midfielder and his National 1 club. FC Annecy had bet on the experience of Jordan Adéoti to climb the slope, in order to save themselves from relegation. It is now done since from 17th place, FC Annecy ends the season in 14th position, which allows them to ensure the desired maintenance. Six months after his arrival, Adéoti has accomplished his mission and is ready to embark on new challenges.
“The end of a great adventure in Annecy, thank you all for all the support you have given us this season, especially for the bravest who have supported us even at the lowest,” wrote Jordan Adeoti on social networks.
The CAN 2019 quarter-finalist with Benin is very grateful to the club and his now former teammates. He wanted to send them words of thanks for the moments spent together to carry FC Annecy in its objectives. “And above all, thank you to all my teammates, to the staff for the confidence and the pleasure you have given me in recent months, we have had a superb 2nd part of the season together, I wish you all the best for the future. Beyond football, I met great people and a great group, that’s still the most important thing,” concluded the Beninese.
While waiting to discover other club challenges, Jordan Adéoti is already on other fronts. He joined the national team of Benin for the preparation of the important match against Sierra Leone, with the aim of qualifying for the next African Cup of Nations.
