The coronavirus crisis in France is increasingly alarming. In the last twenty-four hours, more than 10,000 new infections have been recorded (10,593, to be precise). The victims are 50, for a total of 31,095. Situation on the rise compared to yesterday, when cases stopped at just under 9,800.

The situation in the UK is no better. Although today’s positives stop at 3,395 (as many, but not as many as the French) and deaths are 21, local outbreaks are worrying. By midnight today, nearly ten million people will be in lockdown again, as reported by the Corriere della Sera.

In the rest of the country, pubs and restaurants are the most affected, forced to close no later than ten in the evening and it will not be possible to meet more than six people. This new law, which came into force on Monday, had turned up their noses especially after the unusual invitation of the Minister of Justice to its citizens to report any violations. Now the attention and concern is turned to the capital London.
