Three months after Roger Federer’s official retirement, the coach of the Swiss legend from 2015 to 2022, Ivan Ljubicic, has been named director of the ‘Ambition 2024’ mission by the French Tennis Federation (FFT), reports The group.
The Croatian coach will take office on 15 January 2023 with a clear objective: to bring an outside vision of French tennis and above all to help it (re)win at the highest level, just over a year and a half before the Olympic Games Paris.
Ljubicic will notably work with the national technical director (DTN), Nicolas Escudé.
