In swimming, the men’s 4×100-meter medley relay won bronze this Sunday. This fine place was acquired thanks to a time of 3:28.38 set by Yohann Ndoye-Brouard in backstroke, Léon Marchand in breaststroke, Maxime Grousset in butterfly and Florent Manaudou in crawl. China finished in first place (3:27.46) ahead of the United States (3:28.01).
This new medal won by the swimmers allows France to total 43 medals including 12 gold. This result equals that obtained at the Beijing Olympics in 2008. It should also be noted that this medal brings to five the number of medals won by Léon Marchand. The young swimmer has in fact won 4 gold medals and one bronze, never before has a French swimmer achieved this performance at the Olympics.. Look.

• Table tennis: bronze for Félix Lebrun
Félix Lebrun, 17, won a bronze medal in men’s singles table tennis this Sunday afternoon. He beat Brazilian Hugo Calderano by 4 sets to 0 (1-6, 12-10, 11-7, 11-6). The young man was able to refocus after his severe defeat in the semi-final against Chinese favorite Fan Zhendong.
A great consecration for this young athlete who thus becomes the second French table tennis player in history to climb onto an Olympic podium at the end of an individual event. The last time was in Barcelona in 1992, he was 32 years old, when Jean-Philippe Gatien won a silver medal. look

The fencers won a bronze medal in foil for France after being beaten in the semi-final by the Japanese, they managed to win the bronze medal against the Americans. In boxing, Billal Bennama (-51 kg) and Sofiane Oumiha (-63.5 kg) qualified for the finals of their tournament. They are therefore certain to obtain gold or silver at the end of their respective fights, Wednesday for Sofiane Oumiha and Thursday for Billal Bennama.
