France 2 is a TV channel public, which took over from Antenna 2 in September 1992. It is part of the group France Televisions, and ranks second among the most watched French channels, after TF1. When it was created, France 2 tried to revitalize its programs, in particular with the addition of new entertainment programs and the arrival of young animators (like Nagui or Arthur for example). In 2005, with the arrival of Patrick de Carolis at the head of France Télévisions, France 2 again turned to a more cultural program. From emissions who have enjoyed notable success, we can think of “Children of TV”, hosted by Arthur, “The Biggest Cabaret in the World”, a program presented by Patrick Sébastien, or “Ça se discute”, a great television success that we owe it to Jean-Luc Delarue.
