The New Cairo Appellate Misdemeanor Court, headed by Counselor Ali Abdel Hamid, decided to determine the next 9 April session to consider the appeal submitted by the artist Hossam Habib, to the ruling of imprisonment for one year, in a misdemeanor hit against producer Yasser Khalil.

On December 8, 2019, at eleven o’clock in the morning, the victim, “Yasser Khalil Abdel Rahman Ghanem”, attended the Court of the First Assembly Police Department, and released the record No. 16202 of 2019, the misdemeanor of the first assembly.
Yasser accused the artist “Hossam El Din Hussein Kamel Habib”, of assaulting him with beating and insulting, because of work differences between the victim and Sherine Abdel Wahab, wife of Hossam.
On December 18, 2019, Hossam Habib appeared before the Public Prosecution and he learned that the charge against him from the victim was to proceed with his premeditated killing, as he prepared a “pistol” firearm, the most famous of which was towards the victim, attempting to shoot a bullet to attempt to kill him.
Hussam Habib replied that what happened on December 5, 2019, that he went to Yasser Khalil’s residence, and after he arrived he refused to meet him.
A friend of Yasser Khalil explained that there is a desire to end the dispute amicably, and he requested a meeting between the two parties to be in Yasser Khalil’s office in the first gathering.
The actor Hossam Habib moved to the location of the interview, but was surprised by Yasser Khalil, who assaulted him and hit him with “Russian” in his nose, deliberately injuring him.
On December 18, 2019, the Public Prosecution addressed a government hospital to sign a medical examination of Hussam Habib, and explained that he had a fracture of the nasal septum with suspicion of concussion, severe swelling, scrapes, and bruising that were separated in the body.
A court of first instance issued a court of first instance with imprisonment of artist Hossam Habib Sunnah, for accusing him of beating producer Yasser Jalal.
The court clarified, in the merits of its ruling, that it must eliminate the innocence of “Yasser Khalil Abdel Rahman”, pursuant to the provisions of Article 304 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
As for the artist Hossam Habib, the court made it clear that he was satisfied with the accusation against him after hearing the statements of the victim, Yasser Khalil Abdel Rahman, and ruled that the artist Hossam Habib be imprisoned for a year with work and a bond of one thousand pounds.

A judicial source denied the existence of any type of weapon in the case, stressing that in the event that the accused has a weapon, the case will be a felony, not a misdemeanor.
