Christian Lausch in his contribution to the debate on the budget for the judiciary and especially for the judicial guard. “The number of planned positions on judicial guards was increased by just 30 for our 28 prisons across Austria. That corresponds to around one employee per institution. The officials of the judicial guard are currently working on the limit, high aggression, a large proportion of foreigners and too few staff are just a few reasons for this, ”said Lausch.
“Yes, crime is on the decline, but this does not surprise us all, considering that everyone is at home in times of short-time work and home office. We freedom activists are demanding that our officials finally get a reasonable budget, a reasonable increase in staff and finally the recognition that they deserve, ”said Lausch, who also points out that after the borders are opened, criminals from all over Europe will give up again Austria will come, although the proportion of petty crime will also rise again.
