The objective of the restructuring is to support people who have a debt much greater than what they reflected when they bought their home.

This benefit will apply to people who received an email and who meet the characteristics, once you have consulted their account statement on the internet microsite.

The person who received the notice and who wants to make the modification must sign an agreement before a public notary. The costs of this procedure will be paid by the institute.

According to the Fovissste, this program is the result of the reforms to the Issste Law.

The good news is that during this process, the institution will absorb the notary expenses in order to have greater facilities for the population to benefit in this type of cases.

If you are one of the beneficiaries who has a loan from the Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers (Infonavit) and this increases each year, then you must convert this credit to pesos.

This situation is due to the fact that the financing it acquired years ago was through the Times Minimum Wage (VSM) scheme.

The institute asks beneficiaries who are under this scenario to convert their credit to pesos as soon as possible, otherwise it will continue to rise, a situation that affects thousands of people and even becomes unpayable financing.
