Fourth win for Beirut First and first for Hobbs in the Lebanese Basketball Championship

Beirut First, the defending champion, defeated his host, Homenetmen, by 24 points, with a score of 106-82, in the match that took place tonight, Tuesday, at Mezher Hall, as part of the fourth round of the Lebanon Snips Basketball championship with chips.

Beirut First’s Ali Haidar was the best of his team, scoring 28 points and adding 8 rebounds, and from Homenetmen, Jess Jones emerged as the best in the match with 32 points with 5 rebounds and 3 assists.

The win is the fourth for the Beirut First team, bringing its score to 8 points with full points, and on the other hand, Homenetmen suffered his fourth consecutive defeat and his score became 4 points.

Hobbs also defeated his host Leeds by 5 points and 65-60 in the match which took place in the Michael Murr complex hall in the same round.

From Hobbs, Williams was the best of his team, scoring 21 points and adding 16 rebounds with an assist, and from Leeds, Youssef Ghantous emerged with 22 points and added 10 rebounds.
The win is Hobbs’ first by 3 losses, bringing his score to 5 points, while Leeds have suffered their third defeat in exchange for a single win, and his score is also 5 points.
