Fourth student died after being shot at high school

Oakland County. A fourth student died after being shot at a high school in Michigan. It was a 17-year-old, said Oakland County police on Wednesday. The motive of the alleged shooter, a 15-year-old, is still unclear.

The other fatalities are a 16-year-old boy and two girls aged 14 and 17 years. A teacher was grazed in the shoulder by a graze and was later released from the clinic. Seven other students between the ages of 14 and 17 would be hospitalized for gunshot wounds, it said.

Oxford Township is about 50 kilometers north of Detroit and has a population of around 22,000. The fatal shots at Oxford High School in Oxford Township came around noon on Tuesday. A few minutes later, officials found the suspect and arrested him when he came out of a toilet with the gun still loaded, said Sheriff Bouchard. In doing so, the police saved other people’s lives.
