Four Seasons Private Residences La Vegas will be located at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson, Nevada, a project of 171 residences and six villas with luxury and resort-inspired amenities.

This new property is projected for 2026, where residents “will be able to experience with Four Seasons the attention and service of our brand,” said Bart Carnahan, president, Global Business Development and Portfolio Management, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Likewise, he commented that the new project in Las Vegas is a complement to the independent portfolio of the hotel chain, which offers a luxury experience “unmatched in the market,” said Carnahan.

Four Seasons joined forces with Azure Resorts & Hotels and Luxus Developments to develop this new property. “Las Vegas has always been synonymous with entertainment and excitement, we are bringing a one-of-a-kind offering to the city,” said Jonathan Lawrence, Managing Partner of Luxus Developments.

Since 1985, Four Seasons has a global portfolio of luxury homes in the world’s most sought-after destinations. Independent private residences, offers personalized service and property management expertise.

as reported REPORTUR.us, Caesars Entertainment has planned to add a tower to the Paris Las Vegas hotel with an investment of US$100 million. There will be 756 redesigned luxury rooms, as well as a pedestrian bridge, to connect the new Tower of Versailles with the Paris complex. The new Tower of Versailles will turn the Paris hotel into one of the biggest resorts on The Strip. The tower will open in the fall of this year, Sean McBurney, regional president of Caesars Entertainment, said at the time.
