The spokeswoman of the scientific commission for the fight against coronavirus at the Ministry of Health, Jalila Ben Khelil, explained that four seasonal flu viruses are currently circulating in Tunisia, in a statement on Shems FM radio, this Monday, December 12, 2022.
These viruses would be the cause of the diseases registered in our country in recent days, and that these are not emerging viruses, contrary to the information circulating on social networks reporting the appearance of new viruses related to seasonal flu.
Returning to the new variant of Covid-19, Jalila Ben Khelil indicated that the contamination was to be expected in the coming period. In this context, you warned against respiratory diseases, especially in infants, children, the elderly and people with chronic diseases, asking that masks be stored in enclosed spaces.
