Four rescued after a landslide on the Colombian highway

(Spanish CNN) – At least four people were rescued on Sunday after a landslide was recorded on a highway near the municipality of Pueblo Rico, this one in the department of Risaralda, Colombia, the Civil Defense reported on Twitter.

The body said those rescued “have injuries”, but no further details were provided. It is also unknown whether there are more people who would have been affected by the landslide.

In one of its messages on the social network, the Colombian Civil Defense claimed to collaborate with the firefighters, the Red Cross and the National Police in “search operations”.

CNN is trying to get more information on this incident.
