Four People Killed in the Bronx – NBC New York (47)

NEW YORK – At least four people, including a teenager, were injured in a quadruple shooting in the Bronx Tuesday night, according to police and firefighters.

The incident occurred at Daly Avenue and East 180th Street in the West Farms section shortly before 6 p.m., police said. At least three of the victims are men.

A 17-year-old was shot in the leg and buttocks, while a bullet grazed the face of a 62-year-old man. Another man, whose age is unknown, was also killed. Firefighters said there was also a fourth victim, but her age and gender weren’t immediately clear.

The victims have been taken to nearby hospitals and all are expected to survive, according to police.

The reason for the shooting was not immediately clear, and it was not known how many shots had been fired or if any of the victims were intended targets. The police are looking for the alleged killer.

No arrests have yet been made and the police have not arrested anyone.
