Four night work sites on roundabouts in the Angevin conurbation

As part of its annual pavement maintenance program, the Department of Maine-et-Loire will undertake, from next night, resurfacing work on four roundabouts in the northwest of the Angevin conurbation.

Located on major traffic arteries or in business zones, these operations have been programmed in coordination with the company Cofiroute, with consequently a closure of the A11 motorway from Angers to Saint-Jean-de-Linières over the same period.
This work will be carried out during the nights of June 20 to 24
in order to minimize the inconvenience caused to users and to penalize local economic activity as little as possible:

  • During the night of June 20 to 21, the “Industrial Park” roundabout on the RD105 at the entrance to Saint-Léger-des-Bois will be under construction, with the installation of a traffic diversion via Saint-Jean-de-Linières.

The other three operations will take place under alternating traffic on the following axes:

  • The “Troussebouc” roundabout located at the exit of the four-lane Saint-Jean-de-Linières on the Angers / Candé / Châteaubriant axis will be subject to work during the nights of June 20 to 22. The exit ramp to Candé arriving from Angers will be closed and diverted via Saint-Jean-de-Linières.
  • During the two nights from June 21 to 23, it is the “Raffoux” roundabout on the RD107 between Avrillé and Cantenay-Épinard which will also be the subject of work.
  • Finally, on the last two nights of the week, i.e. from June 22 to 24, the double roundabout located in the agglomeration of Saint-Jean-de-Linières will in turn benefit from a renovation of its coating.

All of these operations were entrusted to Eurovia for a total amount of €132,000 including tax.
The Department’s technical services will endeavor to minimize the inconvenience caused by these four sites as much as possible.
