The car, a Renault Clio, was found shortly after, abandoned. The driver was nevertheless formally identified by the police. However, the fugitive, who claims to have only wanted to “move the car to a parking lot” and “to have panicked at the sight of the flashing light for fear of going back to prison” decided to erase his tracks.
