One of the defendants was sentenced to 4 months prison sentence and a 24-month stadium ban while the other had his sentence reduced to a 6-month suspended prison sentence and an 18-month court ban from the stadium.
According to a police source, these two Racing fans had been banned from the stadium since the excesses that occurred during the derby between Lens and Lille on September 18. The perpetrators, aged 27 and 37 and members of the Kop Sang et Or (KSO’93), were taken from the visitor’s stand at the Aube stadium before being placed in police custody.
