In early November, a MAC47 team traveled to the United States for the 51st running of the New York City Marathon which is one of 6 World Major Marathons. After two years, complicated by the cancellation due to Covid and the opening of the borders, 2022 is the right one… With an organization in XXL format, more than 50,000 runners on the starting line, including 1 quota of 2,000 French and almost 2 million spectators… Our runners say: “9:10 the American anthem and the cannon fired by the army at the exact time, 1st wave of runners starting from the bridge of: Verrazzano-NarrowsOWS… Exceptional enthusiasm , from the world that cheers, that shouts, the loud music is simply impressive; 5 bridges and 5 neighborhoods to cross to end up in Manhattan.
