The Police have arrested three young people, minors, and have identified a minor who is unimpeachable because of his age, for allegedly participating in the attack on a father and son after watching a movie in Palma.
As reported by the National Police this Sunday in a press release, the events occurred on April 22, at 8.15 p.m., when a couple went to the cinemas of a shopping center together with their minor son.
Once inside the room, the family observed how a group of young people did not respect, with respect to them, the safety distance, for which they required the usher who relocated the group of young people.
After the film was over and outside the movie theaters, four people from the group that had been relocated inside the theater began to follow the family through the shopping center, berating them.
Then, at one point, the four minors caught up with the victims and yelled insults at them, coming to face the father. The group of minors began to make threats of aggression and at one point one of the aggressors kicked the son and another kicked the father; then another young man hit the father in the face with his fist. As a result of the assault, the father suffered injuries for which he had to require medical assistance.
When the agents of the Police homicide group learned of the events, they proceeded to initiate an investigation in order to identify and locate the alleged perpetrators of such attacks.
The agents identified the four minors, proceeding to arrest two of them last Tuesday and the third on Friday, all of them as alleged perpetrators of a crime of injuries. The fourth minor is unimpeachable due to his age, being fully identified. The facts have been made known to the juvenile prosecutor’s office.
