A collision between ten cars occurred shortly before 6 p.m. on the A43, near Saint-Priest, in the direction Chambéry-Lyon. Due to the number of damaged vehicles, many firefighters from the Rhône and Isère were mobilized.
At 11:30 p.m. : The firefighters have counted four injured including two in absolute emergencies.
At 6.30 p.m .: a first assessment reported three wounded, whose days are not in danger. As traffic was reduced to one lane on the outskirts of the accident site, traffic was severely disrupted towards Lyon.
